No payment online. Your team confirms the final appointment.
What happens after I request a booking?
We save your request and text a receipt to your mobile. Our team then confirms the appointment, treatment scope and final price. Your preferred date is not reserved until we confirm it with you.
When do I pay?
Cash or card upon completion on the service day. Care-plan billing arrangements and terms are agreed separately before enrolment.
What if my property is larger or has a subfloor?
Choose 1–2 or 3+ bedrooms for units and apartments. For houses, select slab or raised / subfloor, then 3–4 or 5+ bedrooms. Prices update for your selection. Select Other / commercial if your property doesn’t fit. Extra access, travel or treatment requirements are confirmed before work.
Are rodent stations included?
Yes. Rodent control prices include rodent stations, positioned according to the inspection. Revisit, rebaiting and warranty arrangements are confirmed in your service agreement.
What about pets, children and warranty cover?
Tell us about pets, children or particular concerns when booking. We’ll explain preparation and re-entry instructions for your treatment, along with the covered pests, warranty period and applicable conditions.
